Samsung presents the S9110, probably one of the world’s thinnest touchscreen watch phone. Samsung S9110 features a 1.76-inch scratch-proof glass touchscreen with 176×220 resolution, Bluetooth 2.1, built-in MP3 player, 40MB internal memory and built-in 630mAh battery. It will go on sale this month in France for about ($640).
