Nintendo president Satoru Iwata mentioned in a recent interview that the company had a new handheld all set to go in the last three years, but ultimately decided to scrap the plan. The president Iwata implies that the new handheld would not have accomplished it’s goal to maintain momentum.
I don’t understand why. Nintendo makes the best handheld games and have been making the best handheld games for the past years. If this was the actual design that would have been interesting.
